painted snakes

The boys wanted to paint recently, so we made snakes!  Quick, easy, and fun for them!

Easy stuff..... First we painted paper towel rolls (as well as fingers and entire palms!).

  

While the paint dried.....

...they watched a movie

...and Parker played in one of his favorite hideaways, under my night stand.  :)

 

 

 

 

Once the paint dried, I cut the paper towel roll up into six pieces, ran a piece of yarn through it (tied around the first and last piece to hold it all together), added some eyes and a tongue, and let the boys pull away!
