Going on a dinosaur hunt!

Somehow our nightly reading session turned into a discussion about dinosaurs.  It stemmed from the movie "Night At The Museum" that Connar had watched earlier in the day.  He loves that movie!  He was so into talking about going to look at the dinosaurs at the "moo-seum" that he was pretending to hold a flashlight like Ben Stiller's character does in the movie as he went around the living room.

Talton and I couldn't help but feed into his play, so we fetched him a small flashlight and turned off the lights in the condo as Connar went on a dinosaur hunt.  :)  Don't you just love family moments like this?  This is what it's all about, folks....making memories.

After we put the flashlight up, Connar asked us, "You take me moo-seum?"  We said, "Yes, we'll take you to the museum.  Not today, another day."  He said, "Okay, Tuesday?"  :)

Then he proceeded to tell us what he is going to do when we take him to see the dinosaurs at the museum in Houston...

This is how he'll throw the dinosaur bone for T-Rex to fetch (if you've seen Night At The Museum, you know what he's talking about)...
This is the sound the dinosaur will make...
This is how he will pet the baby dinosaur...
"I'm gonna sit in de front on dinosaur and Pawker will sit in back."
This is how he will put the seat belt on when he rides the dinosaur...
This is him counting on his fingers what he's going to see at the museum: "octopus, dinosaur..."
It looks like we're making a special trip to the museum with the dinosaurs when we visit Houston in December.  Talk about a happy boy!
