Talton and I drove about 45 minutes or so to take the boys to Santa's Wonderland. If you've never heard of it, google it. It's so cool! This was our first time, so we didn't know what to expect, but we're so glad we took a couple hours out of our night to see this.
You can either ride through the lights via your own car, on a hayride, or even by a horse and carriage (each option gets increasingly more expensive)! We stayed in our own car since we have two little guys who can't quite handle the option of an open air ride where you could potentially jump down and run up to touch the lights. :)
Pictures don't do it justice, but I hope you are able to appreciate the beauty anyway. If you've been there, you know firsthand what I'm talking about. Enjoy!
Connar really enjoyed looking at all the lights and was super excited when we let him out of his car seat straps to get closer to the window.
Parker, however, could've cared less about the lights. He watched a movie instead. Maybe you'll be more interested in Christmas lights next year, little guy. :)
You can also purchase tickets to go to "Santa's Town" where there are food and activities, including the train ride covered in lights. Santa is even there to take pictures with if you'd like! We did not do Santa's Town this year but are looking forward to it another year when both boys are interested in all that jazz. :)
If you live anywhere near this or within driving distance, I say go for sure! We will definitely go back another Christmas.
