It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

We left for groceries and came back with that and more......A CHRISTMAS TREE!

I know it's not even Thanksgiving yet (hey, it's less than a week away though), but with the boys and me leaving for the U.S. just a few days after Thanksgiving and not returning to Korea until January, we just couldn't resist putting up our Christmas tree today.  With the hubby being here for a couple weeks by himself, it was also important to me for him to have a little piece of Christmas to remind him of what's coming up when he joins us in the U.S. for a much deserved vacation.

The tree isn't big like our trees that we put up every year in the U.S., but this serves its purpose and gets us in the Christmas spirit for the short time we will be here to enjoy it.  It may seem silly to some people to buy a Christmas tree when you're not going to be home for Christmas or several weeks on either side of the holiday, but it's important to me to keep our traditions alive, so away we assembled and decorated our 1st Christmas tree in Korea!

He was trying to make the tree stand up on the floor, because he didn't know it sticks in a stand.  :)

Oh, there's the stand!

What's more fun than decorating a Christmas tree?  Why, playing in the box it came in, of course!!
