Bulgogi Bake

My hubby came home from Costco with more than groceries last week.  He walked in with this:

It's called a Bulgogi Bake and apparently it's one of the items sold at the Costco cafeteria.  It's basically a pizza crust stuffed with bulgogi meat (Korean beef marinated), mozzarella cheese, and tiny onions and peppers, and then the outside is baked with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.  It actually was pretty good.  My hubby said it's basically a Korean cheesesteak, and I'd have to agree.  :)
